Ухудшившаяся экономическая конъюнктура ставит перед властями целый клубок серьезных проблем, наиболее сложными из которых являются недостаток ресурсов для обслуживания внешнего долга, проблемы с исполнением бюджета и риски дальнейшего падения ВВП.
