Human Security vs. National Security

After having received the post-Soviet heritage, to change the overall situation in favour of human dimension of security turned out a challenge and extremely difficult task that requires not only radical reformation of the police, army, intelligence services etc. but the system of values and social mentality. Russian “hybrid” aggression makes the achievement of this goal even more complicated task.
