Ситуация в части безопасности личности в Беларуси носит двоякий характер. С одной стороны, существующая система силовых органов достаточно эффективно обеспечивает внутреннюю и внешнюю безопасность. Но её первоочередной задачей является обсечение неприкосновенности существующего политического режима.
