Russian Military Presence in Ukraine and Its Impact on Human Rights Situation

The impact of the Russian military presence in Ukrainian Crimea on the human rights situation is analyzed in the study, as well as the effectiveness of the control/oversight mechanisms to prevent human rights violations by  foreign troops deployed in Ukraine.
