Navigating Uncertainty: Exit Strategies from the Temporary Protection of Ukrainian Refugees

The policy paper examines the challenge of moving from the Temporary Protection Directive to a durable solution for Ukrainian refugees. It proposes a sustainable approach that protects refugees while taking into account Ukraine’s aspirations amid ongoing uncertainty. While aimed mainly at decision makers, it also offers useful context for journalists and political experts on the future of Ukrainian refugees.
